An audit certificate is included with each knife that indicates edge sharpness, which can be later referenced for maintenance and repair purposes.

Each knife is individually serialised to provide a more personal experience. Where possible, the serial number will be etched directly onto the blade, though this may vary depending on the blade’s size and finish. If etching is not feasible, the serial number can be referenced on the accompanying audit certificate card.
